I have tried to payment my bill rs. 3061 throug bill desk o[censored]ppcl on 17.04.2019 against account no [protected] meanwhile due to server problem at the time of final payment of process an error occurred, but no any message regarding successful of bill payment has been received. I have again gone through bill desk o[censored]ppcl and second time bill has been successfully paid. After 5 time i have received messages for deductions of payment of twice for rs. 3061 by different tractions numbers.
In this regard i have lodged a complaint on 18.04.2019.in response to this i have received following email for better resolution of complaint:-
You filled a complaint against double payment.
So please call us on [protected] for your better resolution.

I have made a call on above cited number bu call was attended, but after few minutes return call i received from some personal namely deepak or dinesh he was asking my debit cards number and on enquiry of me why he asking about debit card no then he crolled upon me and said
If you want your refund then tell me debit card number and deducted my call.
I request again you to kindly refund my double payment amount of rs. 3061.
Against my debit card by which i have made for which transactions numbers and txn numbers have all ready been informed through my complaint.
If no no any action intiated i have to lible to file a consumer case against uppcl (Bill desk) as the double payment of bill taken place due to server problem of bill desk.
