I worked for Intarvo Technolgies Ltd from 6th September 2010 to 9th November 2013, my employee id was RT12175. I had submitted my resignation from my job on 10th Oct 2013 to my reporting senior Mr. Vishal Ganjoo. In my resignation letter, I had clarified that I had no problems in serving the full notice period of one month, which a permanent employee is required to serve upon, termination of contract of employment vide Rule 9 of my Appointment letter.
Mr. Vishal Ganjoo had accepted my resignation & I had relieved of my all responsibilities with effect from the closing hours of 9th Nov 2013.
My total tenure with inTarvo Technologies Ltd. was 3 year, 2 month & 3 days.
I had received my Relieving cum Experience certificate dated on 4th Apr 2014.
As per my understanding of the employment terms and conditions & F&F data which is received from Mr. Ramesh Kumar(Email id: emp.[protected]@intarvo.com), the following settlement is still due from inTarvo to me.
• 32 days Leave encashment, an amount of Rs. 8, 932/-
• Balance of Salary for 9 days an amount of Rs. 2, 488/-
• Bonus for 2012-13 an amount of Rs. 3, 490/-
In total an amount of Rs. 14, 910/- is due to me from inTarvo Technologies Limited.
I had reported this issue to concern person Mr. Ramesh Kumar & Mr. Abhijit Sanyal (HR Lead).I have been tried to E-mailing & calling him but there was no response from past 1 year & 4 months.I am bring this issue to you in a hope of getting my payment.
