I enrolled in a course with Intellipaat with high hopes for quality education and reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a refund and cancellation issue dating back to November 2023, the matter remains unresolved to this day.
Initially, I was assured by Mr. Nischay, the escalation manager, that my refund of approximately 1 Lakh INR would be processed by January 2024. However, this promise was not upheld, and subsequent attempts to reach Mr. Nischay or the support team have been met with silence and evasion.
Despite further promises made via email for a resolution within one week, the issue persists, leaving me in a frustrating and financially burdensome situation. Not only was the promised refund not received, but I also ended up paying another EMI due to the lack of progress.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Intellipaat's customer service and accountability. The casual manner in which promises were made and subsequently broken reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its customers. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer concerns, especially considering the significant financial impact and emotional distress caused by this ordeal.
I urge Intellipaat to take immediate action to address this issue and prevent similar occurrences in the future. Transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of customer concerns are paramount for maintaining trust and loyalty. Regrettably, my experience with Intellipaat has fallen far short of these expectations.
