Booked a property as offered by Investor clinic ( a property Consultant ) in Supertech. After accepting a common conditions and confirmed by IC by E-mail through their agent ( presenting as Vise President of IC ) deposited initial deposit and other documents to the tune of 50% of the property.
After getting deposits, Supertech refused to agree to the conditions accepted by IC with Buyer.
Not issuing Builder Buyer Agreement forcing to pay of 95%, threatening interest on outstanding payment tht too without issuing any allotment letter, Builder Agreement and formal receipt of transferred amount.
IC is not responding, not receiving calls, not able to convince Supertech for their deliverable.
