1. Overall delay in process: We were told that the process will be completed in 15 days, however it was delayed without any tracking procedure.
2. False commitment: we were told that the whole process will be done in Rs. 3000 including everything. However on the day of appointment, we were told that SDM charges of Rs. 1500 will be extra
3. Unprofessional lawyer: the lawyer assigned to us (Mr. Ravi) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He always called us at late hours asking for documents that we had already submitted to Ms. Anisha and Ms. Pooja. He gave us the wrong address for the appointment. He himself was running late and never arrived at the location for the scheduled appointment. We asked the guards who were stationed there and then we were informed that the SDM office has been relocated to Burari since two years. We then asked Mr. Ravi, he acted totally clueless regarding this. We asked him to confirm the availability of the SDM at Burari so that we can come there. Meanwhile, I spoke to Ms. Pooja who tried to resolve the confusion on a conference call. However Mr. Ravi shouted at me in front of Ms. Pooja. After 2 hours, I called Ms. Pooja to take an update for this and then we were told that the office has been shifted from Burari as well. We had come all the way from Gurgaon to get our registration done. This led to wastage of not only our time, but the precious time of our witnesses as well.
