Would you like to tell me how can I contact the Jaxtakart.com people that I have received the bad battery as I am not able to see any way on the Jaxtakart.com website to opt any option to return or exchange the received wrong item & they are also telling on their website that the item has to be returned within 48 working hours.
So kindly guide in this regards.

So I want to replace tit with the working one.
Just mail them
[email protected]
And tell them you have received a bad battery and return the item as soon as possible.
They told me to return through registered post, but post offices won't allow us to ship explosive items like batteries, so I informed this to Jaxtakart and returned through DTDC courier and sent them the courier details.

I just returned the battery this week, don't know whether they will refund my money.
But when I sent them the courier details, they told me that they will take necessary steps and inform me when they receive the item.
