A wrongly registered claim for which processing fee was paid, was cancelled after realisation that it was wrong claim for wrong device. We have ordered an ac from flipkart by exchanging old AC. The Uninstallation was free with the order that will be done by Jeeves Service partner at free of cost. We got message with contact details to connect with Technician named "SARAVANAN" to uninstall the ac in order to check AC condition and uninstall it before delivery to exchange. But while contacting the Technician, He refused to come and uninstall the Ac also informed us to dismantle at our own by arranging somebody else. Totally getting upset by his response, rude speech and dropped the call while enquiring that it is mentioned as free why can't come, rudely said he can't come.
