I have registered a complaint for repair of my TV set (CANDES MAKE), the complaint was logged on 27th of Jan2024 till date no one is attending the call. I have already paid the service contract amount in advance. I have also the received copy of the same. They have given a call log no. CLAJVS-1PLYH7161SABJLHTTU-[protected]. I have complaint nearly 20 times, all the time the representatives (customer care support) assured me of sending representative the next day. Already a month been passed no one is bothered to visit my defective TV set.
