I was not delivered a product of 2 bags of rice amounting to rs.178/- for which I had prepaid the amount. I had called up the customer service and raised a complaint about the same, but even after 18 days of raising the complaint, no refund has been received. They keep telling that I will get the refund in next 3 days, but no action on the same. Kindly help me with this.
