I ordered some items from JIO mart on 05/10/20 vide order no.[protected]M and the same was delivered on 06/10/20. Out of 8 items ordered only 6 items were delivered and this is a common practice of Reliance hence I ignored the same. But I have ordered an item “Joy complete moisture intensive body lotion 300 ml (pack of 2) for Rs. 90/- (50% off scheme) and I got the delivery of only 01 no. and taken full price of Rs 90/- . This was immediately informed to Jio customer care by phone on 07/10/20 and taken complaint no [protected].
Till date no action has been taken from Jiomark's side and every day I am complaining facebook message of Jiomart and getting reply of different nature. on 16/10/20 I got message that the refund will be credited withing 7 days and on 25/10/20 I again contacted them but getting another answer that my problem is escalating by their team and resolve soon. Now they are not saying anything regarding refund as messaged on 16/10/20. The amount involved is not much but how Jiomart is treating customer is my concern. If contacted to customer care you will get same answer and get one complaint number and nothing happen and you can repeat this every day but never solve your problem.
