[Resolved] Jiva Ayurveda — Wrong medicines sent, on top of that customer care service is misguiding.

I have ordered certain medicines from jiva ayurveda on 17th june 2021 and they have sent me wrong ones and when i tried to complain abt it to customer care they completely neglected my problem and tried to misguide me. Jiva used to be an excellent medical facility who cared for its patients, what happened ? My issue is you took my money, sent me wrong medicines, didnt acknowledge my complaint and on top of that your customer care executives were mentally torturing me while on call.
