Dear John Deere India,
I have worked at one of engineering services provider who worked for John Deere.
In that my employment has been terminated due to internal managerial team due to their own reason. It was not harrasment nor any bad behaviour. Still due to one female employee complaint regarding rude behaviour, i have been terminated. Rude behaviour at once is not harrasment. Still i have to face termination issue due to such small mistake. Due to this, my feedback circulated wrong and due to this i lossed many more opportunities to work at John Deere.
Also i have some internal manager concern, the manager who I've worked with was dominated me due to asking few cross questions to releted to work. That's why due to managers ego hurt and he disappoint to circulate wrong feedback about me. So every one thinks I'm wrong even I'm not. I could not able to proove myself. Even i had already worked at John Deere with good Manager that time work and behaviour was ok. But in this new manager ego was hurt so he found the reason of rude behaviour with female employee, and such small reason he terminated my employment. I think this is injustice to me and my career.
