My TV is in warranty. When it is not start up I contacted at Ahmedabad jumbo service center. They strictly instructed me to sent my TV there through courier. Also they told that they will pay the courier charges. So I sent my TV there and they refused to receive without informing or talking me. Also they have not informed me. When I called them than I knew. Now they said that they will attend it to my home and I need to pay charges of courier. Also I called many times but they not pick up my phone. This is very very very worse experience with jumbo insurance. So my request is to repair my TV as it is in warranty. When I talked with them I reliase that jumbo is just interested for there premium but not interested to attend the issue timely. Also there service incharge have not a value of customer.

Updated by BrijeshRPatel I talked with the service executive and TV is under repairing from last 8 days and also will repaired within this week. But than after i have not sure answer for delivery after repairing. So is it acceptable that Team can not given answer perfectly. From last week i continued with your team for status of repairing but till they have not sure answer for my TV repairing. So do needful for same.

Updated by BrijeshRPatel Now they said that my TV was cracked from front side at the time receiving which is not trustfully as earlier they told that power switch and light need to be repaired (Before 15 days about). So how i can i trust that my TV was broken which is really not acceptable. They all are very careless at service center and are not interested to repair the TV. Do on top priority basis.
