I made Tata Play bill payment of 100 rupees on 22 February 2023 through the JustDial app. But I didn't receive the services I paid for. My money got deducted for the mentioned recharge but was unsuccessful. I contacted JustDial customer service for a number of times but I didn't receive any response from you. So please refund my money for the mentioned recharge or process the bill payment and recharge my DTH . Either way is okay with me. I attached the mentioned successful transaction made to JustDial for the DTH RECHARGE through Paytm App. The Order ID for the transaction is : ORF8P8J2C2_PAY295609T23B02Q22G.
