We bought our apartment unit in Dec 2011, got possession in Feb 2012, physically occupied it in Oct 2012. Within the 18 months of our stay we realise there are tiles just popping out and cracking while anyone walks over it.. Having paid premium for a brand that was supposedly best from Bangalore (Puravankara) and Singapore (Keppel land), we utterly feel cheated. Below the tiles its evident how unprofessionaly the work has been carried out. This is witnssed in most units in B phase and sadly all have been told by KEPL (which is managing the premises from developer side) that the one year period is over. Does this 1-year period apply to even basic working like tiles laying.. if the taps or gone, or hinges are gone- its usage related but if one has to replace tiles at home cause of bad workmanship, isnt it developers duty/responsibility to rectify it.
