I purchased two specs under BOGO scheme (amount approx. Rs. 14849/-) from Lenskart store, Gulmohar, Bhopal. order no. [protected] (date12.08.23). I collecetd the prodcut from store on 19th Aug (despite of requesting the store at the time of placing order to deliver that to my home) . However due to family emergecy (father's death), I had to travel outstation so couldnt use the specs until I returned. Now I started using the specs and figured that the vision was not clear. I cross checked the power details with the prescription of eyetest provided by the store and found that the power details are also not matching. Since its more than 14 days, return/exchange policy is over. I need to get the replacement of specs having correct power otherwise the specs is of no use to me. Hence, please facilitate the exchange and resolve the problem caused due to gross negligence by the store.
Apart from above, overall experience at the store was also not good - the staff could not apply coupon codes (kept us in dark that some code will be applied during checkout), didnt provide free lenscleaner, didnt take payment through credit card) .
