Since I bought LG double-door refrigerator in 2021, I've had a lot of problems since beginning. I have paid service fees for components replacement & repairs on numerous occasions, but I have never received good service and will keep doing so.
Regarding my previous complaint, it was advised to replace the compressor again even if they have already changed it once and request payment of a service charge again. It is quite inconvenient for a customer to have to pay for a defective LG product repeatedly. I asked to have it replaced with a newer piece, but they refused.
I guess this Refrigerator model which I have purchased is faulty or failed model of LG so Request to replace with newer piece.
