I am writing this to you after full frustration from the Dealer of HSRPHR. I booked the no. plates for my car no. - HR26BY8032 from HSRPHR on[protected] and choose the Appointment date on[protected] at 09:00 AM-01:00 PM. I received a call from the dealer, who told me that I have to come half way for Fitment of no. plates but I was denied for that and also called the same to HSRPHR contact no. [protected]. Customer care team assured me that they are registering the complaint against the dealer and the dealer has to provide the no. plates at my location given in the form.
7 days passed from the appointment date but still I have not received the no. plates. During these 7 days I received 2-3 calls from dealers that you can come to the fitment center for installation of no. plates. But I was denied because I have selected the home delivery option.
