Lovenwishes — cake and card order delivery

On the day of delivery (25-apr-2019) at noon an email is received asking for delivery charges as the address is far from main city.
Tried the contact number provided in email to get the details but no one picks the phone, so i provided my number over email to get a call back.
An acknowledgement is received that i will be getting a call back.

After four hours of wait i arrange for another cake to be delivered at my own cost and send an email asking to cancel the order (20:18 pm 25-apr-2019).

Response is received on 26-apr-2019 12:17 pm:
