I had placed the above order for cake deliver on 17th aug 2018 to be delivered on 25th aug on the ocassion of rakhi.
My order was not delivered and i was told after my inquiry that they do not deliver in that location.
The amount was inr 845/-

The amount has still not been refunded to me and no one has updated me regarding it.
I am attaching email screenshots of order confirmation and their confirmation of reund.

Lovenwishes has no integrity at all. They accept all orders and payments. They neither deliver orders, nor intimate customers about non-delivery of orders and on complainting they neither refund money.
