I ordered 3 rakhis&3chocolates on 16th aug &selected 17th august as delivery date. It was express delivery, supposed to reach on 17 th.I mailed&texted, in online chats they told me it would be delivered by 9pm on 17th, then again 3pm on 18th. Rakhi is today&it isnt delivered yet.need refund&compensation.i would have ordered from some other site, now no rakhi for my brother today.
