On 11 January 2024, I tried booking a ticket for 12 January 2024 from Pune to Nashik from the new MSRTC Mobile App. I booked the ticket, proceeded to payment and completed the payment. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the payment was not reflected on the App. This my ticket was not confirmed. I tried to contact MSRTC but all helpline numbers on their website were either busy or inactive or did not exist. I had to book another ticket from a friend's phone as I was too scared ro book one from mine as it might get failed again. Now the ticket that I had made payment for is visible in my failed tickets category and I am unable to ask for refund as well. The amount of the ticket is Rs.255/-.
Please return my money.
