Mahindra XUV 300 W8 (O) car I bought last January. Multiple times have submitted complaint of check engine light and vehicle stammering in low gears. All the time in all 3 service Mahindra representative have ignored the same and no action was taken. On 2nd Jan 2024 there was a major defect and vehicle stopped taking self start multiple times, have to visit Harbir Automobiles one of Mahindra outlets in industrial area phase 1 Chandigarh. The detected it is a major defect once the engine was opened.
Vehicle was not taking power and third piston and cylinder were defective. It has bee more then 3 weeks since the company have requested for engine assembly and yet there is no update. They have not even taken an effort to provide an alternative vehicle for the customers local commute and still just extending dates even further.
Would require a better resolution here from the so called big and renowned Mahindra. I have been a user of Mahindra from quite a long time now. Was not expecting such a crap customer service from them.
I would demand for a better resolution either compensate for the lost Tim or take your vehicle and return the money.Would love to go for Hyundai or TATA instead of them Was this information helpful? |
