Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I had booked a bus ticket on 17th July. I received booking confirmation below against this transaction Rs. 627 ticket Fair paid by Me.

when I reached at Bus Stand, I came to know from ticket counter that there is no below bus has been planned from their end.

Please note, It took me 1 hour to come to the conclusion that There is no below schedule from MSRTC....

It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from Make My trip through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their MakemyTrip, MMT, Make my trip, MMT India, myBiz, M.M.T. etc. These mails number 15-20 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. Their free date change as per them is applicable till upto 2 hours before flight departure and yet we were unable to use the app to do the same even 3.5 hrs before.

Dues to Flights issue, booking didn't go well, it has been cancelled.

Now, I'm unable to contact makemytrip for the refund of the cancelled booking.

It is told the refund would be processed within 10 working days, no updates on the refund yet.

I paid Rs. 44, 600 from my bank account for a hotel booking and makemytrip tells me that the transaction has not gone through, and has not provided any booking ID or confirmation.
