I have bought there membership in September 2022 after listening to the big fraud promises like you will not face any problem booking your vacation in peak as well as off season also if you are not satisfied with our services we will refund the payment within 48 hours, these false claims were made by two representative of the company named Kamesh mobile number [protected] and Junaid mobile number [protected] i have proof of there claims as i have call recordings of these guys admitting to there claims. Since September 2022 i have been trying to use my plan but till now every month they claim that this is the peak season all the rooms are booked, i tried conveying them 1 month before 15 days before tried every possible way but MGV end up saying on mail that all the rooms are occupied.
Company representatives Kamesh and Junaid who sold me this fraud are not picking up phone they are just replying on email when they want.
My membership id is MGV052786 they have scammed me. I don't want anybody to face the situation i have faced also i hope govt should shut down this kind of company and help scammed consumers get there money back.
I have all the proof of the above claims made by me. Please take strictest action against this company as they have scammed many people like me, you can also check the reviews by people on Google about Marriott Grand Vacations.
