I am Aruna Gulechha. I am having a Niva Bupa (formerly called Max Bupa) Personal Accident Policy in my name. Here are the policy details:
Product Name (Plan): Health Assurance
Name of the Insured: Mrs. Aruna Gulechha
Policy No: [protected]
My concern is that I sent a mail to cancel the above policy on 10 Sept. I have received a confirmation call from customer care and they told me that the policy will be canceled within 7 to 10 days. It has been more than 10 days, and I haven't gotten any confirmation regarding the cancellation of my policy.
Being a Senior Citizen, I would expect that you would not make me wait for such a long period to get my issue resolved. I can't do follow-ups every now and then. Hoping that you would understand the urgency of the situation and would resolve my concern at the earliest. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
