Got a defective or wrong product.
After initiating replacement request Maxbhi said you have to courier the product to us we will check or repair and will ship back to you.
Why customer have to pay the courier charges if he spent on new product.
It's completely Maxbhi foult that they deliver the defective or wrong product.
Customer paid the new product amount, installation and uninstall charges and again courier charges???
This is completely wrong Why customer have to pay and suffer????
Why customer ordering product online?
He don't want to find the product in shops and he save his precious time and effort.
But in this case I am loosing more time and money
I am completing against Maxbhi and Mr. Naman Agrawal.
I want my money back and time which I sent
