I had ordered a LED display for my OnePlus Nord 2 on 31st July 2023 and order no.#6208128 Prior ordering I had informed sales executive that I would be needing the led display urgently and that too on 2 August 2023 as I would be traveling to Chandigarh next day but the executive assured that I would receive it on 2 August so that is the only reason I placed the order and when I checked frequently abt the status and location of order on 2 August it was still showing in Delhi hub so i called the delivery associate to confirm and the told it's in Delhi hub and by any means it won't be delivered by 3rd and I asked them if they can change the delivery address so they informed me that it should be done from sender's end( maxbhi) so I called maxbhi executive and asked them to hold the order in Delhi hub and redirect it to Chandigarh but the executive was arrogant and said it cannot be done and she cut the call.
Its been 8 days now still the issue is not resolved, I called again many times but customer number was always busy and on 7 th August I somehow managed to call from other number the executive didn't know what is her role and so I asked her to connect to her manager but she also said concern team will call and cut the call.
This has caused me lot of stress and is affecting my work also, kindly take necessary action and train your executive and their roles to resolve issues. Was this information helpful? |
