I ordered 3 items with order-id, [protected] from www.mebelkart.com on 17th July, 2016 by doing an online payment of rs. 38, 976/-.
Items are:
1. wood side board (brown) by cactus (f1130) - 1 number
2. snout mango wood hutch cabinet (natural) - 2 numbers
As per the online status, all were supposed to reach us on 12th Aug, 2016. I have not received the products yet even after raising support-tickets and calling them up over phone (once). There are no updates to the support ticket on the status of delivery. I am not able to reach them over phone, as all the customer care numbers are non-operational. i am surprised and afraid whether my money is siphoned off. this is very unprofessional from Mebelkart front on customer-service. please take necessary actions for the same.
Status is no longer getting updated, and now they have disabled my support-account to post any further query regarding status. It shows "Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator". Could you please take necessary action on them to refund my full money with interest with additional compensation (as fine) of Rs. 10, 000/- as those prices of those products have gone up in other sites from where I have to buy them now?
I have done the transaction using my HDFC credit card. Please let me know, how the refund with compensation can happen at the earliest.
