My father admitted in hospital for eye operation on 16-july-2019, want to use the cashless claim[protected] and hospital also process cashless claim as well. But very huge delay in processing the cashless claim so my father discharge getting delayed two days. Finally we don't want to utilize the cashless claim so we have paid the full amount in own cash and discharged on 19-july-2019 as well.
Cashless claim[protected] is cancelled from medibuddy portal and hospital end as well.
After that, i have submitted all the bills & reports in medibuddy portal for reimbursement. Reimbursement claim[protected] and its got approved as well. Claim status changed to "processed ready for payment" updated on 31-july-2019. But after that, the reimbursement claim not process further.
I have checked with customer care and they told that once main claim[protected] is settled only after that process the reimbursement claim[protected]. But how come main cashless claim will be settled even though its cancelled.
But finally yesterday, the reimbursement claim[protected] also cancelled as well.
Now not utilized the cashless claim and unable to get the reimbursement amount. Then whats purpose o[censored]sing medical insurance.
