Complaint against Claim Delay

I'm so upset and frustrated with the whole experience of putting my claim through Mediassist. Just too much..
I booked a consultation through the mediassist app for my daughter's dental care. Post diagnosis she was advised root canal for kids knowns as pulpectomy. Extract nd filling.
We have been through almost four visit as a dental day care stuff. I spoke to one representative in.mediassist who advised me to submit it as dental Day care.which is also mentioned on your website. I cancelled the previous domiciliary claim and submitted a day care hospitalisation since beens spending almost an entire day on each visit. Due to the nature of each visit I kept mediassist informed.
Now post submitting the bills claims in June after 16 days I was informed by Anshuman that put it as a domiciliary and not hospitalisation. As they wont give me my entire claim..What a lie!!!
This is extremely disappointing and just alot of falsification of the policy I hold
I haven't utilised the policy in five years from my organisation this is the only year where I am using it and been through so much
I request my corporate Team to look into this issue distinctively and assist me genuinely.
I appreciate any information you require from me I am ready to provide you.
I have attached the call recording in June I had with Mediassist. If possible plz escalate to through TATA to let me know where I have been wrong and where the insurance company has gone wrong. My Organisation will not let me down. I want to lodge a complaint against each individual who gave me incorrect and incomplete information.
