I had booked lab services from medlife app on 24th april
ORDER ID-8365034 and booked 4 tests i.e CBC, malarial parasites, urine routine, widal. Samples were collected from home on 25th april of all the above tests, also the payment was done in advance through UPI of Rs.893. Reports were available to me on 26th april but it contain reports of only 3 test. Report o[censored]rine routine was not provided to me. I had informed customer support team of medlife numerous times through calls and mails but neither the report was provided nor the refund has been initiated. Customer support team of medlife always assured that complaint was forwarded to concerned department but no reply or action or communication was done from their end. I want refund(Rs 199) of the services from medlife which were not provided to me.
