Madam/Dear Sir,
I would like to inform that i had purchased
some medicine from Medplus atala store, Bhubaneswar and i initiated the transaction through qr code scanning from my yono ( sbi internet banking app). Rs 1164 debited from my account but store employees told that this is unsuccessful transaction and will reverses your account soon and adviced for paying cash. After waiting 24 hour i lodged a complain in bank and bank raised the charge bank complain to beneficiary bank but closed complain by comment the transaction is successful and the goods provided for the transaction.
After that i have lodged several complain in different platform against MedPlus but all my efforts went in vein.
The same issue recently happened but the transaction of Rs 1083 was reversed by MedPlus after 13 days.
Therefore please look into the matter as it is already too late and it raise a question about reputation and brand value of MedPlus.
I may my bank statement and bank’s letter for your reference if required.
