respected sir/ madam i am one of the consumer of net express and my user id is VR_1886
ON[protected] I recharged my net pack.. after 3 days that means on[protected] my net connection was disconnected . regarding this issue i went to the net express office twice and also i wrote a suggestion letter and posted on the suggestion box which was kept there and i interacted with miss. suganya, miss. pugazhl vani, mr.prakash, mr .prabhu and etc., they told me that they will send the personto my house to check the problem because of this i didn't go to my office for 2 days and waited for them but there was no response then i spoke with mr. p. gopalakrishnan the technical head of net express he said that " i can't solve your problem and if you have many complaint please disconnect your consumer ship from net express ".
being a consumer of net express i am having the right to complain . only complaining is not my job . if there is any issue only i am approching them.
but for that also they are not responding properly . is this the way they will treat a consumer???
i really got fed up and i am totally dipressed. so i kindly request you to solve my problem and i need my net connection back
