It is to bring into your notice that, I had updated my window earlier in May which causes problem and due to which I was unable to access my live classes and after contacting support team it was uninstalled.
Now again on 22nd June when I install update I was facing the same issue and after contacting Microsoft support team multiple times, different agents run different troubleshoot and on 27th June one of the agent directed to reset the PC, I have done whatever was directed by him and He didn’t inform nor he warn me that after resetting all the office applications will be override. Yesterday when I came to know about it I had contacted to the support team regarding the issues I am facing:
1. About unable to open Camera ( the person whom I got contacted window +X Device manager Camera right click uninstall device and directed to reset the PC)
2. The second person to whom I got contacted listen to the problems regarding office application lost and directed me to purchase a product key) when I asked him why should I have to bear the cost for none of my fault he didn’t respond) all the conversation is attached with the mail. I had waited for more than 3 hours.
3. In the evening when I got contacted, The person really helped me and assist me as far as possible as it was taking time and due to exertion I schedule my issue for today 10 AM IST.
I requested you to please look into the matter so that I issue can be resolved as soon as possible. I need my system all the time as I have been working on it from more than 2 years and it causes a huge loss to me of my studies. Was this information helpful? |
