I requested cancellation of my order because they asked me to pay 50% extra charges after many weeks. I requested refund to original source payment. They cancelled and put a Mirraw credit on the account. I requested number of times I wanted proper refund. Nobody has responded.
In an attempt to regain my money I placed an order using the credit on the account, they have charged me full price again and will not respond to my email, what’s app or Facebook messenger. They have cleared the credit amount from my Mirraw account and charged me for the full price also.
I was due to make payment of £7.30 and they have taken payment of £51.19.
I wish to make official complaint and want all my money back.
