I received call for online shopping from merchant
MyMantraShoping. I select there online offer from
there website and made the payment from my Debit
card of Rs. 29.990=00. Last 1 month I am following
them for product or refund of my paid amount, but
they are not taking any action and giving false
commitments. I called up the website call center
many times but every time they give silly excuses. I
even check with EBS gateway to know my payment
status and as per there information the payment is
transferred to Merchant (MyMantraShoping) on date
5th December 2015. Please help me to get my money
refund.
