I am a Parimatch player for a long time now. But today I decided to deposit Rs 15000 in my account. I mistakenly entered wrong account id while depositing. I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support.
They reassured me and told me that the support agent will reject my recharge request.
An hour later the support agent rejected my old request. I'm trying to top up my account again, but I get an error that such an ID doesn't exist!
So how is this possible? Does someone besides me have access to my account?
