Respected sir/madam,
I have applied for passport in 17.02.2017 and i had made the payment through canara bank online transaction. But the transaction was failure and i had made it again. This has been repeated for four times (1512.75 *4 = 6051 rs). Amount of 6051 has been debited from my account but the transaction shows pending still and i made complaint to manager of canara bank and it has been refunded one month later. I have obtained new passport now.
On 15.04.2017 the amount has been again re-debited from my account (1556.75*4 =6227 rs). I don’t know it’s why, i have approached bank but they said to contact passport seva. I request you to look at this problem and solve this issue as soon as possible.

When I visit (30-Dec-2017) Indian Embassy Doha they told me still thay waiting on the Clarence from the Passport office Trichy.
When I called Passport office trichy they told me the Clarence was Issued and send(Mail & Post) to Indian Embassy on 25th Jan 2018.
When I check today through phone in Indian Embassy, they still waiting on the Clarence certificate.
Here by I am requesting you to send my Clarence certificate to the following address which gave by the Indian embassy Doha
