Complaint marked as Resolved 2 nd June : Tried doing recharge to Videocon D2H Tv from Net Banking through Payment Gateway TechProcess Solution LTD
Recharge amount did not reflect.
1. i did not had any clue on day one
2. tried reached out D2H tv, but waste of time with Customer care
3. tried reaching TechProcess Solution payment gateway, got reply with few info.
4. Seems some gaps within TechProcress payent gateway, they said that they will clear to D2H shortly.
5. After following with D2H tv for next 2 days... all got sorted out.
