Purchased induction cooktop on 17 dec 22. It stopped working on 30 dec 22.
Complaint lodged on 31 dec 22. Till date no engineer has visited to check the item.
The engineer's number provided by the company is not working.
On calling the customer care. No satisfactory response was delivered to me. They just rudely ignored the issue and said that the engineer will visit. No firm date provided for visit date.
Then more of the surprise they closed the service request without any visit. No engineer visited and they closed the call. I'm in the middle of nowhere.
I had purchased the induction for the convenience of my mother. But after purchasing the induction and supported cookware. All the money is wasted because of defective induction which stopped working after 12 days.
