On February 2023. I had purchased this product as a gift for my Brother in law's house warming ceremony. It stopped working within a few days and I submitted the same to their service center in TC Palya on 4th March 2023. Many tickets have been raised no action is yet taken by the company or its technician. Every week like a beggar I am going and asking for a status update. Every time they will say replacement is coming and next week they will say it's been cancelled. When asked for the ticket number all I got was this 22660.
Please help us get justice here, Please get us a new product with a new warranty period as the old one has been in the service center for all its warranty period from March till date.
Pigeon has been showing ads that it's their best selling product so it's surprising to hear that spare parts are not available. If spares are not available either they can provide a replacement or refund.
This experience for me has been mentally torturing and caused humiliation in front of my in laws whom i gave this as a gift. I have spent a lot of time and money in petrol running to the service center every week. Please help me get justice because my hard earned money is being stolen by this company.
