Hi Sir,
we had applied the request for the stove repair for the Stovekraft and assigned the service engineer on 22/12/2023. he visited our home checked the stove will not be repairable and need to replaced. he took the bill and warranty card everything on jan 2nd 2024. He raised a ticked to the stovekraft for the replacement of stove. since from 2 months there is no response from the stovekraft and we had communicated to customer care several times. but they are not responding properly. every time they use to say ticket raised sir. we are not getting any proper result from them. please consider my request to process this as soon as possible.
for service they are taking more than 2 months and 15 days, still problem is not resolved
