Hi Pizza hut team,

Yesterday on 14th Jan 2024, I placed an online order at 07:58 PM using the Pizza hut app, the amount of Rs 808.50 was debited following a successful UPI transaction (PayviaRazorpay), however the order was not registered in your system.
Unfortunately, i had not checked the system, but realised it only at 10:10pm when my kids called and complained that hadn't received the pizza yet.
I had to place an order all over again. But up until now I haven't received the refund.
This is the 2nd time in the last 6months that this issue has occurred. Also your app doesn't have any sections to see the history of orders placed, this is pathetic...kindly consider this as improvements else you will only have unhappy customers.
Details o[censored]PI are as below: -
UPI Transaction ID #[protected] using my SBI bank account.
Kindly refund the amount urgently to my bank account and notify me of the same.
