I recommend prestige save some money and close their customer service call centre if the solution provided by their agent Mr Rakshit is there must be shop near your home, call someone from there to install the stove bcoz we don't provide this service. Pathetic !!! And this is not the first time I have had such replies. Earlier I had bought a rice cooker which turned out to be defective within the first week. Similar solution and then when they did someone to fix it he said part change will cost you ... and this within the first week of the purchase. Was this information helpful? |
