I’m bought a prestige hob top auto ignition stove 2 years back and from the date of purchase it was not working fine with lot of issues. I have complained about the issue many times to prestige and local service centre doesn’t solve the issue and tries to close the complaint with temporary solutions. Last month I registered a complaint that my stove is not working and till now no person has attended the issue. Finally I raised the issue in official prestige page in Facebook last week and I was told that a service team will contact me. Even after further reminders in Facebook no one contacted me. Still I struggle with the stove which was bought with a huge amount of 25000 rs. Was this information helpful? |
