ORDER NO :[protected]
I ordered a skin for mobile and paid an amount of rs249 which has been deducted from my account.
But their website is saying that the payment is not completed.
I have been trying a lot since this morning on their customer care number [protected] but it is not connecting.
They sent me an email yesterday in which they are saying that the order was successful with amount and date, Transaction ID:[protected] and Order Date:[protected]:22:32.
But 20mins later they sent another email that I did not complete the purchase and asking me to pay again.
Please help me in this regard. I have sent them multiple emails with screenshots but no help came to me yet.
