After 7 month of purchasing the product. The craftsmanship was not good the product was fading and falling. Even the audio quality was getting bad. So I claimed for warranty, I got a mail to send the product back to office after sending the product they said they will valuate the product and replace with a new product with 7 to 10 days. After that mail I have not received any mail or tracking number. I tried to contact them via their number provided in website, it is always busy. Now I am trying to get refund for the product as I don not believe in the product or their customer service. They have taken the product back and they are providing with refund or new product.
