Wrost Customer Service Level

We have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver three months back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. We have been calling their tollfree number, customer care number & even their Anna Nagar East Division Branch near K4 police station but in vain. After sales service not professional

I have booked a complaint on 08-Dec-07 for the water leakage problem in Pureit. Company executive promised me that within 2 working days this call will be attended. (Complaint id- C[protected]
However almost 14 days passed, no one attend the service so far.
And in my utter surprise, when I contacted second time to the help line, the executive informed me that the complaint has closed long back and suggested me to take a new complaint...
