PVR Cinemas — My movie tickets were not booked and I didn't receive my refund money for the tickets

I booked 2 tickets for the movie - GODZILLA X KONG : THE NEW EMPIRE (3D TAMIL) (U/A) on April 12, 2024 at 10pm and my money was deducted for it but the tickets were not booked. So I booked 2 tickets again. While my money was deducted and the ticket booking failed I received a message stating that my money will be refunded in 7 - 10 business days but I didn't receive my money yet.
